All shipping times are estimated and not final, NOBLE - the society is not liable for orders that take longer than stated above and we do not issue returns or refunds on items that fall outside the estimated time frames.
NOBLE - the society is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is being delivered. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest which the customer.
Local customers of Kalgoorlie have an option to collect purchases from our Kalgoorlie store at no charge. Select this option at checkout and you will be able to pick up your purchases in store at 157 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie. Please ensure you have photo ID and a copy of your receipt on collection.
If you wish to return your recent purchase from NOBLE- the society, please email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reason for return within 14 days from date of purchase and one of our team members with get back to you asap with an RA# (return authorisation number).
All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and the below condition do apply to every return:
- NOBLE - the society will only issue a store credit/size exchange on returns requested within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Returns are only available on full priced items only, sale items cannot be returned.
- Original receipt must be provided as a proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in it's original packaging and with swing tags still attached.
- Returns are strictly NOT accepted on items that have been altered, worn or washed. NOBLE - the society will inspect items upon receipt and the return/exchange will only then be assessed and approved/declined.
- All returns/exchanges sent via post are at the cost of the customer, this cost will not be credited back to the customer.
Unfortunately at this time we don't offer exchanges or refunds when you have purchased items using Afterpay, please choose carefully.
NOTE: Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, fascinators items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
NOBLE - the society will only issue refunds on items that are determined to have a manufacturing fault by the original head office of the label.
NOTE: Refunds are NOT issued to customers that simply change their mind on their purchase.

- Please ensure that your return has its original swing tags and meets all of our Return requirements.
- Once we have received your returned product, you will be emailed a credit code to use next time you check out!
